Nov 06, 2013 · I was too scared to make my very own puff pastry sheets, because i though it is so hard to make, so kind of stayed away from them. But many of my viewers requested the recipe, so i got the confidence to give this a try. So far i have made it thrice and each time it was a success. Now i can make my very own sheets to make my very own puffs. Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl; add the lemon juice and the butter broken into pieces the size of a walnut. Add sufficient cold water to bind the ingredients together. Turn on to a floured board, and roll the pastry into a long strip. Fold it in three, and press the edges together.
