thanks for all your help, i have been doing alot of research and found a book "a practical guide to composites" by multi-sport composites. It is a very good book wih respect to showing techniques on how to lay-up and build molds and so on, but it doesnt explain about this aramid honeycomb that is used in most chassis design.
